About You
Really enjoyed get to be involved in a range of activities which kept each day varied and allowed us to learn and develop in different ways such as through networking sessions, games and talks.
Had huge support throughout from various sources including the HR team who were during the entire spring week, our mentors and also each group was assigned a mentor for their project as well.
Really helped me thoroughly understand the different departments within front office and allowed me to decide more specifically the route and role I wish to pursue.
The Company
We were given a schedule of the week so we knew what and when we were doing each activity which was stuck to throughout.
We were able to talk to a range of employees from different levels within the bank through talks and networking sessions which allowed us to get a real feel for the atmosphere when working in the bank and what actual employees though.
Extremely helpful by explaining it to us using various methods and we partook in games which allowed us to get a taster for the different departments combined with networking sessions so that we could make an educated decision on our future career options.
Everything Else
Had networking session with our mentors as well as ones which were set up and split up using the employee's departments.
