About You
Great networking events and workshops provided, however would like to do some real life case studies or modelling to understand more on the role of an analyst.
Everybody's friendly and ready to teach you if you have any confusion. Love the people at J.P. Morgan.
Great support from my own mentor as we went for coffee and lunch. Extra support from our group project mentor Diego.
Networking and communication skills are be beneficial to me now and in the future.
The Company
Well structured, have both teamworking sessions and talks with no 'sit-around' time.
great teamwork atmosphere all the time and constantly having fun at the same time with individual learning.
We got to talk to both analysts and also executive director, employees are willing to sacrifice their time for your development.
Talking to someone in the job and experiencing it is different.
Extremely helpful as I get to talk to loads of people and understand from different perspective of the company's culture.
Not enough work shadowing to fully understand but gives a broad overview from my mentor.
