About You
Hard work but fun.
The firm invests a lot in you as a new joiner, from putting you up in a nice hotel to getting very senior employees to come and talk to you.
Employees are extremely willing to sit down and discuss anything with you.
Not particularly useful for my degree but invaluable for a career (especially in Investment Banking).
The Company
Lots of great presenters, activities and events.
Competitive, driven and fun.
High profile speakers present and great facilities.
A lot of business representatives come in and explain their day to day roles with you. Everyone is very frank and honest.
It all comes down to the people there and they were great.
I had a great time so would love to continue down this path.
Everything Else
Travel booked through the firm.
Lots of events.
Could have been some more employees there but they are all very busy.
These weren't particularly well advertised but you are welcome to ask.
Good fun and great learning experience.
