  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The event is well-organized with a lot of social net-working so you can speak to insiders. Also, we are assigned a project so we will get an idea how Investment Banking works.

    • We are valued by the firm since the firm really put effort in organizing all the events.

    • We received guidance from people in IBD and also from the female seniors.

    • Good hard skill like evaluation with soft skill with net-working and brand-building.

    • Well structured however I wish we could have a shadowing day.

    • Good. The people there are nice and really trying to help. Also team work is highly valued in J.P.Morgan.

    • HR sends e-mail before for the book reading list and also gave us mentor for asking questions.

    • We actually worked on a small acquisition project so we got to know what hours will be like and what should do daily.

    • We have a lot of interaction sessions so we can sense that J.P.Morgan really cherish team work.

    • It is really important to know what is going to have in the daily job and I got a better understanding of the Investment banking industry.

    • We have all the meals and transportation included

    • Yes. However we wish we can have more talk with senior people and the female networking is nice.
