About You
Really informative with the inclusion of fun activities. Long hours but the work done was exciting and seemed realistic.
Everyone spoken to was very friendly, warm and receptive to questions. Responsive to emails and didn't make us feel stupid.
Recruiters were very helpful and information provided through a booklet was thorough and useful.
Can't really answer this at this point in time but seems as though they'll be very useful.
The Company
Very good. Included lots of useful sessions, not just banking specific ones.
Great people. Not just work, included fun networking sessions and Quiz's for instance.
Very well structured meant that we got training in lots of different areas. Nothing too technical though. Don't think that the lack of technical 'stuff' learnt could be expected in a week though.
Hard to say, didn't really do too much technical stuff, was more of an introduction to the bank and investment banking in general.
Simply very helpful. Evident through the people and was often touched upon through questions.
Got a taste of their working life, though less hours.
Everything Else
Haven't been reimbursed yet. Though actually because I was from London I didn't qualify for accommodation which meant that I had over an hour daily commute which extended my day significantly.
Lots of. Not overly well structured though.
Too crowded. Often 10 interns to one employee meant that one couldn't really connect or ask specific questions.
Not really. Little bit but what we did find out were mainly work-related committees, nothing about sport teams or the like.
Simply yes.
