About You
It was an amazing experience - lots of talking to real employees, shadowing, team-building games, amazing people from all around the country... Will be remembered!
I would not call it 'like family' just because J.P. Morgan is too serious to be as informal as a family can be, but I felt very valued; I felt I was the most important part of it.
All of my requests were dealt with, every question was answered, all of the people were really patient and understanding.
I saw that I could talk to serious people; I saw that I could work in a team with the people I never met before; I improved my agile development skills and also the soft skills - something very important and valued.
The Company
It was very well structured - intro at the beginning, then team building exercises, then the coding challenge, then the 'good-bye lectures'.
Fun never stopped, indeed =) I met a lot of amazing people that I would love to see again!
Invested a lot - I saw how the firm works, people spent time taking to me... Not even mentioning that travel and hotel expenses were paid.
I changed my mind completely after this event - could not imagine previously that I could work in a bank and got really excited after that.
Very helpful - everything was explained in details.
It was very helpful - I saw a whole new spectrum of what I as a future Computer Science graduate an do and how I can use my knowledge.
Everything Else
I will be =)
A lot of people to talk to - definitely more than 20 during the whole week, all very opened and willing to talk and tell everything you ask about.
Very interesting - wish I had an actual time to eat instead of talking =P
Yes, work/life balance was something I was asking everyone about, and I was pleasantly surprised that people in Technology actually have life.
Definitely. Great event, so worth it going, also an amazing opportunity to meet people from other universities.
