About You
A great week overall.
We were treated like valuable individuals who could contribute to the firm!
HR were absolutely outstanding in helping out and supporting us.
A lot of teaching of good presentational skills and then a chance to apply them. Skills for life, without doubt.
The Company
The structure and layout made perfect sense, and the week was closed with an absolutely huge amount of work shadowing.
A very friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The other attendees were very friendly and nice!
A huge investment in us during the week. We were also given a taster of the rigorous training program they put graduates through.
An enormous amount of work shadowing meant I was able to witness firsthand how it was to work at the firm.
I think this week came as close to the company culture as I could possibly have come.
I left the week knowing precisely what industry I wanted to go into ;-)
Everything Else
Traveling costs reimbursed, presumably. I expect nothing less or more.
Lots and lots of networking, all throughout the week, in various environments.
Great atmosphere!
I did inquire into this a bit and found interesting tidbits here and there. Could have been a bit more focus on this, though!
