Overview
The scheme was very well organised. I was involved in completing various tasks within the Debt Finance teams, drafting client emails, attending talks from different departments and completing interactive workshops.
Skills
Yes - I have developed a new understanding of what a career in commercial law entails.
Business Insight
The Early Careers team made sure we attended talks hosted by all major departments in the firm - including ENRI, Disputes, Corporate and Finance. This provided me with a very strong understanding of the jobs available.
Culture
It was really great - my trainers, trainee buddies, and everyone else I meant in the firm was very friendly and welcoming
