Overview
My vacation scheme at Pinsent Masons was a highly engaging, rewarding, and sociable experience. The first day began with an English-wide induction day to learn more about the firm, and to meet other placement 西瓜视频s. Throughout the two weeks, we had sessions on the business structure of the firm, and social events. I spent two weeks in one practice area where I was able to work practically alongside my supervisors and trainee buddy.
Skills
I developed skills such as attention to detail, communication, organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Business Insight
The firm provided us with a session on learning more about the business, and the opportunities available.
Culture
The culture at Pinsent Masons is very interpersonal, sociable and friendly. Everyone is really approachable and willing to have a coffee chat, which is a great to experience as an intern at the firm.
