developed skills in event planning, excel, networking.
Responsibilities
I was given a large amount of responsibility where i was capable of taking it on, knowing that support was there if i needed it. There was always something to do and it was more than just following someone around. I had my own Job role that I had to take responsibility for and knew the consequences if I did not perform
Support & Guidance
I recieved a lot of support from my direct line manager, as well as the entire HR team and around the business, everyone is very approachable within the business so i was able to reach out wherever i needed to
Culture
The culture is generally positive, there is a clear divide between the production area and the office areas which the business is working hard to do impulse surveys and employee surveys to figure out what they can do to make things better
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my internship, the business was very welcoming and having my own responsibilities made me want to show up and work hard every day
