Overview
Providing both business and commercial support to my line manager and a customer account through maintaining Excel reports and regular service review meetings which help to ensure customer needs are met.
Skills
I have learnt new IT skills such as using Excel and have developed my communication and analysis skills.
Responsibilities
I was given the same level of responsibility as a regular employee at CC.
Support & Guidance
I received a great amount of support and guidance from my line manager and other employees within the company.
Culture
Company culture was very welcoming, they show a lot of care and respect for their employees.

I enjoyed my placement a lot. It was a great opportunity to get industry / professional experience as well as meet new people.
