Yes, Given lots of responsibility, carrying out initial feasibility study into an upgrade, writing technical documentation and designing new aspects
Support & Guidance
Monthly Development 1-1 with Line manager, weekly 1-1 to check on progress etc. Buddy provided on joining business to help settle you in.
