Overview
As an Internal Auditor, we perform audits of public and private sector clients, reviewing their internal controls and providing them with risk assurance in a specific area. This involves a range of different areas and clients, and involves on site visits.
Skills
I have greatly improved my confidence and communication skills, as this role requires you to ask a lot of clients the right questions to truly understand how their organisation works.
Responsibilities
As a placement 西瓜视频, I was treated as a graduate from day one, which meant that as well as being exposed to a high level of responsibility early on, I also got a taste of what graduate life would be like and was able to see how graduate colleagues around me balances the job with their exams.
Support & Guidance
I felt fully supported in all of my work, colleagues, managers and partners were always happy to answer questions and help with any issues I had.
Culture
RSM is an extremely welcoming company, full of like minded friendly people who are always looking for way to support each other. I have had an amazing year.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my placement year! It has been one of the best experiences of my life and I am so glad I applied for RSM.
