Overview
4-day insight at Morgan Stanley. Day 1 was a firm overview, in which I got to meet spring interns from other divisions. Day 2 & 3 were with the ER division. We had teach-ins from analysts and got to understand the division more. We were also given a project to complete. Day 4 was an assessment centre.
Skills
Networking and communication (both verbal and written).
Business Insight
It was so good! Super useful to speak to analysts to understand further what the role entails.
Culture
Great culture! Everyone was willing to give up the time to talk to you. You could really feel how much people in the firm cared.
Your Impressions
I genuinely really enjoyed it. It was a well-structured insight, in which I got to make friends with my cohort and also learn a lot about the role.
