The insight week gives you a real feel for the firm鈥檚 inclusive culture and corporate teams - through panels, workshops, and networking sessions.

Business Insight
It was eye-opening to gain a deeper understanding of the business and the wide range of roles available. It really helped me see where my interests and skills could fit in.
Culture
The Bournemouth office has a collaborative and campus-like feel where sharing knowledge and skills come naturally between employees. The work culture is very communal and inclusive, where even junior employees are encouraged to ask questions, contribute ideas during discussions, and take ownership of their work.
