Overview
The program consisted of panels, workshops and lectures focused on specific divisions such as IBD, S&T, Risk Management, Corporate Functions, Global Corporate Banking, Payments, and Securities Services. We also had networking sessions with a wide variety of different people across different divisions
Skills
Networking, fundamental knowledge of the divisions, how to present yourself in interviews, basic trading ideas and market making, soft skills
Business Insight
I really liked the idea of being able to learn about all the different divisions. It gave me a very holistic overview of how the bank makes money and how all the divisions are connected. All the speakers were very clear at communicating and made the sessions interactive which was really enjoyable.
Culture
Very supportive, and open. I felt that I could speak to anyone at any level and have a very good conversation. I was able to hear a lot of insights from different levels which helped me inform my decision of the business lines I want to pursue.
Your Impressions
I found it really eye-opening! I was able to learn a lot about the different divisions of a bank in an interactive manner, and I was able to meet a variety of people including both 西瓜视频s and employees.

Be curious and willing to step outside your comfort zone. Your experience will be so much better if to;: willing to take that risk.
