Overview
The scheme involved hearing from some of the firm鈥檚 lawyers on key cases, as well as a legal thinking session and corporate negotiation exercise. On the second day, we attended a practice area fair to hear from experts in the Corporate, Finance, Real Estate, Tax and other departments, and undertook a shadowing session with one of the firm鈥檚 trainees in the afternoon.
Skills
The scheme provided a fantastic insight into HSF鈥檚 high-performing yet supportive culture. I was able to hone my legal thinking skills via one of the workshops, and the negotiation exercise provided a great insight into the world of corporate law. The frequent networking opportunities also helped to develop links with like-minded 西瓜视频s and firm lawyers.
Business Insight
The scheme was really helpful in this regard, we attended a talk on applications and the opportunities that HSF provides, including open days, vacation schemes and campus ambassador experiences.
