Overview
Forming and reviewing documentation to aid the development of FCAS. Regular project planning and management. Learning about other areas of the business and assessing and reporting on their possible use to the internal team. Meetings with a wide range of stakeholders identifying future work. Day to day this involves having meetings, forming PowerPoint and word documents, assessing future possibilities in compliance matrix form. Involves use of a number of project management tools.
Skills
I have continued to develop my understanding of a number of areas and improved the way I found out about industry procedures and standards. I have developed my presentation skills and communication in a team working environment. Improved independence through self defined tasks.
Responsibilities
Yes a fair amount. However there could have been more guidance on what I can do when I have more time.

A good amount at the start. Regular contact with team members and my manager.
Culture
Really nice. The whole team welcomed me and created a nice atmosphere in the office.
Your Impressions
It was enjoyable. At some points I felt that due to the short time spent at the company, the company had no longer term objectives for me and it was therefore hard to see a personal purpose in the work. But the work I did get was sufficiently rewarding and the team was great.
Yes
Be yourself in the interview process. It is really about finding people who will fit well into a team here and it focuses a lot on emotional intelligence. The company is fantastic and is very open to new starters with plenty of training and encouragement to learn.
