Responsibilities
I was quite autonomous and as I progressed through the internship, this autonomy increased. I led several projects on my own, but of course you are always in touch with your line manager and overseen and advised by them.
Support & Guidance
My team and manager was extremely extremely supportive. Couldn't have asked for a better team. I had a particularly difficult time in my personal life halfway through my internship and had to take a compassionate leave on short notice. The company and my team was incredibly kind and supportive to my needs.
Culture
This company is so incredible. They really care for the employees and reward them well. We have lots of social events that help you build relationships with colleagues in informal settings. They are also very open to ideas and I was able to implement and execute Cultural Commercial Dinners Monthly within my team where we embraced each other's cultures.
