Overview
I help in the day by day activities like writing the investment memo, the investment screening, the creditworthiness assessment of the counterparty etc.

Modelling, investment analysis, negotiation skills, communication skills, risk evaluation, term sheet negotiations
Responsibilities
Yes, mainly because I was involved in the investment decisions and I had the chance to go to in-person client meetings as well
Support & Guidance
Everyone in the team has been extremely supportive and this is what, according to me, helped me to get the most out of the experience.
Culture
The team was extremely supportive and inclusive. I always felt part of the team and we had several team building experiences which helped us in becoming more lose to each other. They never seemed to be aggressive or not patient with me.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it A LOT. I learned a lot of things, I get used to the business environment, I understood what I really want to do in my career. Everything has been extremely positive so far.
Yes
Do not care of what others say you is the best thing to do. I applied in AM and I had a way better experience than the one of those applying for IB just because it is straightforward.
