Overview
Networking - shadowing & learning Project based work Creation of PPts and excel work Meeting notes, writing reports Booking trades, managing operational, counterparty and market risk
Skills
Excel, Alteryx, PowerPoint, SABRE have all been enhanced Communication and teamwork all increased Public speaking, presentational skills all improved
Responsibilities
Yes - gradually as you become more trusted and show that you can deliver high quality work, you will naturally be handed more responsibility.
Support & Guidance
You have a buddy and a line manager who in itself is a huge amount of support, but also everyone else there is super friendly, understanding and willing to help
Culture
Culture was excellent - very focused on collaboration and being agile
