About You
I found the J.P.Morgan Insight Programme very useful, almost all the workshops and activities were very interactive. What I enjoyed the most was the environment; the organizers were very nice and very helpful. The facilities were amazing, and I was truly impressed by everything provided by the company. It was a great opportunity to understand how the firm actually works.
I think J.P.Morgan values every employee or least this was the impression the spring programme gave me. Everyone was very helpful and willing to help and to answer the questions honestly. All the spring interns were treated very nicely, and the facilities offered by the company were the best ones we could get.
The guidance we have received was very strong during the 3 days of the programme, the recruitment team has organised many networking events where we could talk to senior employees of the company which in the end gave us a clear understanding of how the firm actually works and how the environment actually is.
I think the information I have received is 100% going to influence the path I will choose in my career since the main reason I wanted to take part in this program was to get an idea about how technology works in a financial company. The program helped me understand the differences tech company and financial one.
The Company
The programme was pretty well structured, everything was very good organized and planned, the recruitment team was very implied in helping us with anything we were confused about. The only thing I would mention is that maybe the company can make this programme more interactive by giving less coding challenges and more of an insight about what exactly is happening in a financial firm, maybe not just technology-based information and a bit more information about what the company does.
The atmosphere was amazing overall, the social events were very useful, I socialized not just with the employees of the company but also with the other interns that were in the same position as me. I enjoyed the three days a lot and I would definitely be very happy to work in such a welcoming company!
The programme definitely helped me understand in which area I would like to work; the three days were enough to get an overall idea about how everything works and how the environment is actually is. It also helped me understand what kind of work technology teams are doing in the company and what they are working on.I
The insight helps a lot in understanding the company culture, I noticed the firm is looking forward to hire people from different cultures and countries to assure there is always diversity and equal rights. I think J.P.Morgan has a very well define company culture where everyone is willing to help and enjoy their work.
Everything Else
There were many networking events where we could easily talk to people that work in the company. We talked either with people that were working there for 6 months or with people that were working there for 20 years. It was very useful to ask senior employees about the start of their career and about their progress.
The social events very were well organized, everyone was very friendly, we had a lot of food and drinks and the opportunity to get to network either with other Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵs or with the employees. Social evets were really fun i found them very productive and helpful. A very nice opportunity to get new friends as well!
