I enjoyed this insight a lot. It was very insightful, interesting and fun.

I felt very valued and looked after by the recruitment teams and the reps.

We got a timetable, and could ask the reps or recruiters if we had any questions.

Helpful interpersonal skills and team working skill workshops and very helpful work shadowing sessions that gave me insight about the industry

There wasn't a lot of personal training but group exercises were helpful to develop skills

It was very good but wish there was more opportunity to work shadow different roles within technology because work shadowing really gives that insight into what these people do in a day to day basis and visiting the real working environment also helped me understand culture and the work better

Again, it was very good to meet J P Morgan representatives but I wish there was more of work shadowing to get a even better understanding of what it is like to work there. I felt that the work shadowing was the best to help with this aspect rather than talks or even networking sessions

It was very helpful to understand whether tech and especially tech in finance was for me. And it showed my that there were so many different career paths within technology. I also learnt that tech roles don't necessarily have to involve a lot of finance but that it depends on your team.

Yes but seems like majority of employees aren't very involved in extra activities

Yes, great experience overall. The best thing about j p morgan was the people I met who were working there and also who were on the spring week from various unis and various places in the UK and abroad. It was a really encouraging and positive atmosphere and I learnt a lot.
