About You
Hugely enjoyed the experience. The variety of activities and events never made for a dull moment
Extremely! Close to 100 members of senior staff made themselves available through networking events and evenings. This provided a platform to find out about the different paths into J.P Morgan and also learn how their roles affect the whole bank.
Markets training was fantastic
Degree not relevant due to my subject, but beyond - hugely! My markets knowledge was shaky prior but now I feel I can hold a genuine conversation with professionals.
The Company
Every day was structured well with excellent activities.
The culture was amazing. All staff, on the programme or throughout the bank in general, preached about the J.P. Morgan culture.
