The Role
Great people, great work - given responsibility early on in the internship. Great training and very helpful people. It was very well organised
Really friendly people who included you in their team straight away
Weekly feedback sessions by supervisor helped you continually assess and improve yourself; and ensure that you were on the right track
Plenty of work available for interns to do, as well as a separate case study for the interns to work on throughout the internship
Given exposure on replying emails to other departments, creating due diligence questions and so on. Plenty of exposure and responsibility!
Very well rounded training, covering different aspects of finance.
The Company
People were very friendly and relaxed in the office. But there was still a strong hardworking attitude and ethic
Extremely well organised. From trainings, to up to 3 organised socials for all interns as well as between interns and analysts, associates as well as team leads. Everything ran very smoothly.
Regular feedback sessions, regular training sessions as well as plentiful opportunities to apply the training.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
People in the firm generally stay for a very long time and the firm is definitely willing to be flexible to keep you (if you do a good job of course)
The Culture
Plenty of socials as well as regular drinks after work on Fridays
Its London (what more can I say)
Didnt do much for nightlife
Plenty - I took part in a department wide community service event that was held in the office.
