The Role
I enjoy a lot with the work time and the atmosphere here.
People here are very nice and helpful.
We have catch up every week to discuss my problem and improvement, which is really helpful for me to learn and keep improving.
I work from 9am to 6pm everyday, and got 1 hour for lunch. This is just perfect for me to balance the work and life.
I was doing 7 daily tasks everyday, and do made contribution to the team. If I had problem towards the tasks, my colleagues are very willing to help me.
I learned many knowledge about equity product, and developed my excel skills, which I believe are both useful for my future career.
The Company
People are very friendly. No one will look you down because you are a fresher. You can talk to anyone, even senior people.
It is well structured. We were given several session to learn different line of business. Also, we have many networking event, where you can meet lots of people from different team.
We had a Excel training at the first week, which is helpful. One more thing I think we need is financial relevant talk, so we can have a basic understanding about the product before we really deal with the work.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
We can choose to join in the Graduate Scheme, which offer three years rotation. In the scheme, you can choose to work in three different teams, and after three years you can choose one to join in.
The Culture
Yes, you can almost contact to anyone within the company through events or inner phonebook. I even communicate with my friend who work in JPM Hong Kong office.
It's not cheap, but affordable.
I don't really know about this, since I seldom night out.
Yes, we have a responsibility day.
