The Role
I really enjoyed my work placement as I was provided with a great opportunity to gain so much invaluable experience from different tendencies, The environment at the company is great, the people that work there are always very nice and helpful. I also had an interesting internship as I did some awesome work on different projects.
I feel quite valued by my colleagues. They are always very helpful and nice. If I have a question I feel confident to go and ask them. Me and my team went out to a couple of nights out playing bowling. I had an amazing time! They really welcomed me in the team.
My manager is always helping me if I have a question or I do not understand something. He is providing me with some interesting tasks and is always guiding me. He really introduced me quite well to the project and how everything works. He is very supportive and listens to my ideas.
I had the perfect balance. I really enjoy programming and technologies and they provided me with several very interesting projects that kept me on track. I had a great time as the tasks were very interesting and I learnt some new skills that will definitely come in handy in the future.
I did some work that is going to help the team and the clients so I feel like I did some important work there. The responsibility was on point as this is a huge company and as we know time is money thus every work you do is quite important and you are responsible for it.
The training that I received as well as the skills that I have developed will very much assist me with my future studies as I learnt quite a lot of stuff during my placement - not only technology-wise; I had a great insight into the business and financial aspects that broadened my view.
The Company
The atmosphere in my office is great and the people are very nice and helpful. Everyone will help you if you have a question - and that really matters to me. You can share your ideas and feel confident that they will be heard. It is also not noisy which is great!
The internship was very well organised. The objectives that I had were structured and I knew what was expected from me. The interns also had some social events as well as coding events that really turned this internship into a great experience! For a 10-week internship I am quite amazed by how structured everything was.
The company invested in me, definitely. I had multiple trainings. I also work shadowed quite a lot of people. I really feel like a valuable asset to the company and it feels great. I really learnt a lot of new things during my internship and I am really grateful. The skills that I acquired are invaluable.

The future prospects are very appealing as I really enjoyed the work that I did in the company. I also do believe that you have the perfect environment to grow and sustain one great career! Also the people that work there are nice, the facilities are great so there is no doubt in my mind that a future employment is appealing.
The Culture
There was a good social scene, indeed. A lot of the interns including me went to several nights out which was amazing. I really enjoyed it. The whole internship was great because I met so many new people and created an invaluable network of people - not only from the interns.
The cost of living and socialising is not so bad. I am a Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ here so I am quite used to the prices in the city but I would say it is not very cheap to go out too often. Also, it depends on the area you live in. Some areas have cheaper flats than others. It really depends on the flat and the area you live in.
The nightlife is great. The city is quite big so there are a lot of clubs here. The company is situated in the city centre so there were some internship events that happened straight after work. If you are an outgoing person that likes to go to clubs you will definitely enjoy it.
Definitely!
