I really enjoyed my placement at JP Morgan since I learned a lot during my stay and I had a great time in general. Besides, I now have a much better understanding of where I want to put my focus later in my career. I would totally recommend anybody who is interested in finance and markets in general to the same internship as me.

During my placement I felt really valued. My work was really appreaciated, especially since I put in a lot of effort, For this reason, my work was actually used as a basis to consider further actions. In total I was an integrated and necessary part of the team which in my opinion is key if you want to learn a lot.

During the insight, I received a lot of assiantance from other people in my workplace. Even people I did not know were immediately offering their help once I looked a bit lost. On the contrary, people even approached me once they realised what my strengths are. Also employees of higher rank were very open and communicative to me.

The skills I gained will help me a lot during my studies, especially since I want to specialise in Finance. I am sure I will have an edge over those who did not complete such an internship. Besides, you should not forget the value that lies in having found your passion. Without my placement at JP Morgan would still not know what to do later in my career.

As a result of my previous answer, the structure of my experience was a really good one. I never felt bored or too stressed. It was just the right level of work load and I realised that I did not only have to deliver results but I was encouraged to network and allocate time for personal development.

I was very surprised about the general atmosphere at JP Morgan. I heard from experiences from other Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵs that the atmosphere will boring and nothing exciting. Yet I have met incredible smart people who were working for JP Morgan or joined the Programme as well. Hence, in my view the atmosphere was awesome.

JP Morgan prepared a very well internship and it was great to see the amount that the company invested into us. The employees very happy to take their time and to talk with us and to answer our questions. Furthermore, the activities and presentation were really helpful to answer the questions I had regarding a career at JP Morgan.

The internship was a great opportunity to learn more about JP Morgan and what tasks it would involve. I can certainly say that a career at the company would be very interesting for me and I am curious to see what other companies have to offer. Nevertheless, I think it can be something where I want to work in the future.

The company culture is great and full of passion and motivation. It makes you better person and gives you an incentive to become better. Everyone is extremely talented and smart. But this is exactly the culture or environment you want to be. If you talk with employees or play close attention it will more than enough to gain an understanding of the culture.

This internship is a great opportunity for everyone and not only for people who are interested in a career at JP Morgan or a career in finance. I have gained important soft skills, created great networks and broaden my perspective of what it is like to work full-time at a large multinational company.
