About You
Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, useful presentations giving beneficial insights. Enjoyable.
I felt the organizers and all seniors invited for networking did their best to made us all feel welcome.
Organizers were available for any questions or queries we'd had.
Insights of the culture abut the company gained throughout the 3 days affirmed my choice about JP Morgan as a future potential employee. Main skill that I developed were networking skills that will always be useful in the future.
The Company
Clear structure, we have received and agenda of all 3 days beforehand thus we knew what to expect the following day.
Friendly and welcoming.
As it was only 3 days long, personal training and development were quite limited.
Although you gain quite valuable insights and understanding of the company, only by experiencing the role through actual work you can truly understand how would it be to have a full-time role.
Through various presentations and work-shadowing, I got to understand the main aspects of company's culture.
Everything Else
provided with accommodation and transport
Plenty of networking opportunities with your peers, grads and seniors.
A lot of extra projects or volunteering activities for employees to get involved with.
