About You
I know how much effort they put into the insight programme. It was fantastic. The amount of exposure we got to the company was great and the learning experience was unbelievable
Everybody I spoke with was kind and wanted to help. I felt very valued during my time with the firm
They allocated people from all different areas to guide us. I could not expect better.
They made us see things from a new perspective. What I had learnt during my time at university, now makes sense.
The Company
It was extremely well structured. They followed the timetable we received at the start of the spring week accordingly, which made it easy for us to follow.
It was good, no one was rushed and people really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.
The company invested a lot of time in us. People from every division took time off to show us around and help us get a better understanding of what they did. I was also really happy with the personal training I got. I felt that the people allocated to helping us also helped us as individuals.
They had us go through many presentations of the different roles within the company. It was helpful having these presentations. Not knowing exactly what every department did, it cleared up a lot of information for me. We had the chance to shadow people as well. This gave us an in-depth understanding of a couple of departments
The company culture was important to us and the company. From day one they explained their culutre and what the expected from us.
It was very helpful. I know have a clear image of what markets do and why I would like to work there
Everything Else
They paid my accommodation and travel. Not all companies do this
Yes, there was a networking dinner. This was great to understand the different paths employees have taken to get to their positions.
They were good. HR put a lot of time into the social events
I few people told me what they did outside work. Though i felt this was not that important.
Definitely, it was the best spring insight week I have had.
