About You
It was a great opportunity to find more out about the industry and all the different divisions in the company and in particular in Investment Banking. Very well organised and very varied and interactive.
Everyone, from analysts to Managing Directors, was willing to talk to us and answer to any questions we might have.
The whole programme was very well organised. We were constantly supported by a team of HRs.
We had the chance to attend workshops to develop soft skills (interview, presentation, pitching skills) as well as we develop financial valuation skills.
The Company
It was very well organised, with a broad variety of activities so that two days were never the same.
There was a good mix between talks, presentations, workshops, group projects and networking sessions ... we didn't have a minute of our timetable that was not planned and this variety of activities created a great atmosphere.
I would have liked to do some work shadowing, but I understand that it was not possible being there for only 5 days and being investment banking a highly confidential sector.
