About You
It was a great opportunity to get to know the banking industry and the different sectors. It really helped me to know in which business area I could see myself working in the future as I had the opportunity to discuss with lots of bankers, attend presentations and even to do work shadowing.
We were all really well treated
I always felt supported by the HR during my time there. We also had mentors to help us for group works, what was really helpful and valuable.
It is a really short period of time so it's difficult to build a strong knowledge on financial issues but with regards to the time I spent there, I learned more than expected.
The Company
Really good balance between presentations, workshops and work shadowing. I also really appreciated the 2 social events during the week, where you really get to know your team.
The people in my team were all really friendly, intelligent and cooperative.
We could really make a good idea on this issue by discussing with a lot of JP Morgan employee.
Everything Else
They paid everything : accomodation, transport, flight, meals,..
We could meet analysts, associates, senior bankers, interns,...
