I really enjoyed the time I spent at J.P.Morgan: the week has been very rich and we had a lot of opportunities to discover the company, network with people and work on our group projects. I particularly appreciated the two social events which were organized during the week as they allowed me to meet people from other divisions and discuss with them about their day.

I felt particularly valued during this week at J.P.Morgan as everything has been done to welcome us in the best way possible, from the accommodation to the different presentations during the week. In fact, the accommodation provided by the company was perfect, the HR department provided us with an excellent support throughout all the week and we had the chance to network and listen to presentations of numerous people of the company, whether they be Analysts, VP or Managing Directors.

We received very good guidance and support during the insight, in particular from the Campus Recruitment Team who has made an amazing work in organizing this event. In fact, they were very careful of us and they really helped me give the best of myself during the week. Moreover, we also received support from different external speakers which was extremely useful to make the most of this Spring Insight.

I think that the different skills I developed during the week and all the information I received will really help me in various fields: - Degree Studies: thanks the Pitch session for example, I learned how to present effectively a topic and I will use all these skills for my future presentations at university. - Interviews: the different sessions helped me realize what were my strengths and weaknesses and how I was perceived by the others. Thus, I really believe that they will help me a lot for my future interviews. - Information about J.P. Morgan: I learned how did a bank work in detail (different departments...), and I think I will use this knowledge both in my studies and in my professional life.

The insight was very well structured and the pace was very adapted to us (the duration of each day was perfect). The presentations and the sessions aimed at developing our skills were well balanced so that I managed to keep motivation and interest at every time during the week. The two social events, one in the first day and the second in the middle of the week, were extremely helpful for me to discover new people. Thus, I really appreciated the overall structure of this Spring Week.

The general atmosphere of the insight was excellent and everyone was open-minded, eager to learn and very agreeable during this week. This is one the characteristics of the Spring Internship I particularly enjoyed as it helped me give the best of myself during the group projets or the skills sessions for example. The two social events participated to this great atmosphere as they allowed me discover people more in depth and meet people from other divisions.

The company really invested in us in terms of personal training and development: we attended various sessions to develop our skills which really helped me understand my strengths and weaknesses and what is the first impression people have of me. This has been particularly useful as I will certainly use all the competencies I developed in my future life.

During this insight, we attended a lot of presentations from different departments of the firm and the speakers really managed to have me understand what it is like working at JP.Morgan. They also emphasized the various qualities required for each type of functions, the main challenges they encountered, and how to overcome them. Thus, this has been a very useful experience to get insight on what it would be like to have a full time role with JP.Morgan.

The insight has been extremely useful to understand J.P. Morgan's culture. In fact, the presentations of the different departments of the bank we attended, coupled with the networking sessions, really helped me understand precisely the corporate culture of J.P.Morgan. This is a very positive experience as it always difficult for Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵs to understand the culture and the values of a company in detail.

The content of the day really reinforced my wish to work in the investment banking sector. The various presentations I attended and the networking sessions were very interesting in this sense as they helped me get good advices from people within the firm, which is extremely valuable. Thus, after this experience, I am know sure to want to work in the field of finance.

The accommodation provided by the firm was perfect and it really contributed to my overall satisfaction with the Spring Insight.

We had a lot of opportunities to network and meet employees of the firm. In particular, I really appreciated the "afternoon tea" sessions with employees of J.P.Morgan as I found that half an hour was a good duration for networking and meeting people. Moreover, it was extremely well organized as there was a great number of J.P. Morgan employees during each session, which allowed us to discover very different people.

I would definitely recommend this insight to every of my friends looking to work in the field of investment banking. I found that it was an amazing experience for various reasons. First of all, I discovered very smart people and I created strong relationships with them. Secondly, all the presentations I attended were extremely interesting and helped me understand very precisely the functioning of an investment bank and all its different activities and functions. Finally, I also managed to improve my skills thanks to the different sessions during the Insight, which made this experience even more valuable!
