The week was very well organized and gave me a better understanding of the different roles and responsibilities within a global investment bank. It exceeded my expectations and confirmed my desire to work for J.P. Morgan. It was great to experience J.P. Morgan's teamwork culture first-hand. We also had the opportunity to see all of their three main offices in London.

J.P. Morgan made a great effort to provide us with an amazing experience. Over the week they organized various networking events where we had the opportunity to talk to employees from different divisions. All of them were very friendly and willing to sacrifice a lot of their time to answer any questions. Even the CEO himself was speaking to us for over one hour. It was great to see that they were willing to invest so much of their time and resources for us.

We could reach out to HR at any time and people in general at J.P. Morgan were very helpful. We also received support from Analysts during our preperations for our group project.

We had a wide range of workshops, not only about finance, but also about soft skills such as presentation and interview skills, which I found very helpful. Besides that we learned a lot during the week about J.P. Morgan's business, which enabled me to get a better understanding of different divisions. This week helped me a lot to find the area I am most interested in.

We received a schedule for the week beforehand. Everything was very well organized and structured.

The atmosphere during the week was fantastic. We had a teambuilding session which I enjoyed a lot. Besides that J.P. Morgan organized two networking events in the evening where we could connect with other Spring Weekers in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. I made a lot of new friends during the week.

There were plenty of workshops to improve our presentation and interview skills which was very valuable for me. We had external coaches who worked with us on our individual weaknesses. I was impressed about the efficiency since it was only a week. J.P. Morgan invested a lot of time and resources to teach us as much as possible in one week. It was great to improve our soft skills besides our financial knowledge.

We also had the opportunity to work shadow two employees (Asset and Wealth Management). This was by far the best part of the week. It was great to see how a typical day looks like. They also introduced us to other employees from different desks and teams which enabled us to get a better understanding of various roles within the bank. It was a great opportunity to ask any questions you may had about different roles and responsibilities since there were only two people work shadowing one employee.

The week helped me a lot to gain a better understanding of the firm´s culture. J.P. Morgan emphasized that teamwork plays an essential role within the firm. I experience it first-hand during the week. Everyone was willing to sacrifice their own time to help us. The insight confirmed that J.P. Morgan has a very friendly and supportive culture.

Especially the work shadowing was very helpful for me to decide on my future career path. It was great to see how a typical day looks like. They introduced us to employees from different desks and teams which enabled us to get a better understanding of various roles within the bank. It was a great opportunity to ask any questions you may had about different roles and responsibilities within the bank. This week enabled me to decide which division I want to apply for in the summer.

J.P. Morgan paid for my flight, train, accommodation and metro tickets for the week. They also provided breakfast and lunch every day.

I would strongly recommend everyone to apply for J.P. Morgan's spring week. It was great to experience their culture first-hand. It helped me to gain a better understanding of different roles and responsibilities at J.P. Morgan. During the week you will participate in various workshops in order to improve your presentation and interview skills as well as your financial knowledge. Probably the best part of the week is the work shadowing where you have the opportunity to experience a typical working day first-hand. Besides that J.P. Morgan uses this week as a pipeline for their summer analyst programme. You will have the opportunity to get fast-tracked to an Assessment Center.
