The Role
I enjoyed it, however there were times where I was in situations not fully knowing what to do.
I felt very valued by my colleagues, was nice to have them come and thank me for the work and say how helpful it had been.
I had been given excellent advice. My people's manager was ace, he would help me with any problem I had whether work or non work related. Furthermore the resource manager was great too in trying to find me work or making sure I wasn't over worked, and that I had leave when needed.
Some days I was really busy, however I did have a project fall through meaning that there were times of not much work.
I feel that I was given quite a bit of responsibility, although my work was checked like all the work should be, it was still left to me to prepare a lot.
I believe that the skills will help me beyond the internship and my degree, especially considering my degree is very mathematical and full of procedures it has been good to exercise other creative parts of the brain.
The Company
Everyone is very nice and willing to help.
Very well organised, Had a brilliant training event, and a competition between interns which resulted in meeting up again.
Lots of training, Had a whole 3 day training event.
Flexi Time
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing. Lots of assistance on finding right job and office.
The Culture
Very good social scene due to large amount of time spent together
Very cheap living and very cheap cost of socialising. Sweets were very sleep
I didn't go out, against religious beliefs.
Yes there were plenty.
