The Role
Very meaningful working experience. Learned a lot about auditing, which is a good thing for an accounting 西瓜视频. Knew more about the auditing firm, its culture and its people.
Had good time with my colleagues when working in client site.
Didn't get much support from my people manager as she is on holiday... But when working as a team in client site, I can find someone to help easily.
It really depends all the time. Some days I got loads of work to do becuase of the repetitive nature of that particular job, while sometimes I just sit there and try to find something to amuse myself.
As a new beginner, I was given some responsibility to help finish EGAs.
This is a very valuable experience for accounting 西瓜视频s like me.
The Company
As a local office, this is not a huge one. People here are nice.
Not bad. Although the first three days were quite intense. This can be a challenge for chilled 西瓜视频s.
There are so many accesses to learn. No matter from the online self-study program or WebEx, or just sitting with my colleagues, there are all sorts of things to learn.
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Quite appealing as this is a good place to start an auditing career.
The Culture
We just use sametime to keep in touch everyday. I think it's qiute sufficient.
It's a medium-size city so is neither too noisy or bored. However weather was not so fantastic these days.
Not bad. Got several pubs and clubs so one won't be bored to live here.
I guess so. I've heard the company held a sports event weeks ago and there were quite a lot collegues joined.
