The Role
I reaally enjoyed it, everyone was friendly and the work was varied and I really got involved with the company life.
I felt like I really contributed to the projects I was put on as I was given tasks with real value attached which showed they trusted my input.
The majority of people would drop anything to help you out and answer a question. We had a 'coach' on each project who really made oyu feel comfortable and supported.
I tended to be busy enough that I was never bored or idle, but not too busy to the point that I was stressed!
My level of responsinilty increased throughout, so that by the end I was dealing with as much as the grads. On smaller projets with only 2 to a team I had more responsibility than on a big team.
It has given be an invaluable induction into working life and has shown me that hard work pays off.
The Company
The atmosphere as extremely friendly with a veyr much work hard play hard atmosphere. Everyone made me feel so welcome and not too formal.
Very organised, I always knew where I was going and if not then someone would sort me out straigt away.
Alot, they pulled out all the stops in terms of personal development and ensuring that we were always learning in the best way despite not having actually employed us yet!
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing, it is presented as our job to lose not gain.
The Culture
yes there ere loads of things to get involved with such as sports teams, and events like sports day and end of month drinks
socialising was fairly cheap and I lived at home so cannot comment on living expenses
Big city so great night life, especially when the 西瓜视频s are there
you were really encouraged to play sports and form teams to form a bond with colleaugues outside of a working environment
