The Role
very enjoyable- it was great to get stuck into the work and i enjoyed the variety of work i was given. 8
I felt well valued- they provided me with challenging but useful work, and gave me good feedback once I had completed some of it. 8
I was given a lot of support- I had regular meetings with my buddy and people manager, and could ask for help whenever needed. 7
quite busy- there were only a few days at the beginning when i was short on work. 7
a fair bit- i was expected to meet deadlines, but was not overloaded. 7
I feel i learnt good communication and efficiency skills, which will be useful in whatever i do. 8
The Company
really good- it was relaxed and fun, but everyone worked hard too. 7
very well- I always knew what i was doing, and where i should be and when. 10
they spent a lot of time helping me and teaching me about the way the sector was run. 10
Company Parties/Events
very appealing- i can see myself working there. 7
The Culture
