The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed the internship
Every single person I worked with made me feel like I had been working at PwC for a long time which made me feel very comfortable
If ever I wanted to ask a question my manager and buddy were always happy to answer, as well as all of the other people in the teams i worked with
I was kept busy all of the time and didn't have any time where I was stuck for things to do
I was given a lot more responsibility than I thought I would. Not only to do with the work but the 1 on 1 client contact was a big responsibility!
I will use the time management skills I have learnt in my studies, and I will use all of the technical knowledge and networks I have created for the rest of my career
The Company
I was always out at client sites but the atmosphere within the teams I was in was a hard working and friendly one. There was always oppourtunities to socialise with the team after work.
Very well, nicely timed and great jobs
The firm invested a lot in the internship which was a very nice suprise
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing, I would love to join full time (went for a 5 as not found out if I have an offer yet)
The Culture
Yes, there were many oppourtunities for me to socialise with both other interns and colleagues
A lot going on in the centre of manchester near the office
Yes, the teams treated me as an equal and I was invited to many events/sports
