The Role
Enjoyable experience - worked hard, learnt a lot about the industry and met some fun and intelligent people.
Very valued - invited to team socials and events and given real and varied work to do.
Great support system - given a buddy, people manager and line manager. Many people to confide in/talk to.
Kept actively busy with a variety of tasks. Never left unattended with nothing to do. Although some tasks evidently more exciting than others.
A lot of responsiblity in helping to produce client-ready material that adds real value.
Majorly! Microsoft office skills vastly improved. As well as industry awareness.
The Company
Always very friendly and open.
Very well organised induction and training. The internship itself is well-run with frequent communications for interns but you get the most out of it if you put yourself out there.
Training days provided and plenty of online resources.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Very - high turnover from internship as well.
The Culture
Very good social scene at least once a week but this was organised by us.
London is very expensive :( Be mindful of this but company did tell us where we can get discounts/cheaper places to go!
Expensive but fun!
Yes many including a triathlon and various networks.
