    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I enjoyed it a lot, there was plenty of opportunity to get stuck into different projects while meeting a lot of new people.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Very valued. Everyone was really nice and was able to get the best out of you.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • My manager/ 'buddy' were very approachable. Any questions I had, I felt I could easily go up to them and ask.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • For most of the time, I was quite busy with projects. However epecially in the first few days and last week or so, the amount of work I had to do did die down a lot. There is also only so many times you can ask people if there is any work you can do for them as well so at times I was wondering what next to do.

    3/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • A whole project was very dependent on me as I had been given a 50-50 split with another intern.

    4/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • It has given me a good insight into what working life will be like. However, there is only so much you can do as an intern.

    3/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Very friendly, relaxed, great atmosphere.

    5/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • It was set up for you to go and explore what the office has for you. Very good for you to go and network and make good contacts. Very well organised as well.

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Provide us with interesting videos every week to watch and help our development

    4/5

  • 10. What were the perks on your work placement?
  • Flexi Time

    Subsidised Canteen

    Financial Bonus

    Company Parties/Events
