The Role
Often quiet times but on the whole an engaging 2 months with a lot of work to interesting work to take on
Huge responsibility, value and equality felt from all colleagues no matter what level within the firm
Support and guidance could have been used more during downtimes but on the whole good and used to encourage employees becoming proactive
Day would usually be filled by tasks but very varied with some days with little to do
A lot of responsibility given very early on but not in a daunting way. Work produced was valued and relied on heavily by other colleagues
General skills of self-study and -motivation were hugely useful, as well as presentation and research skills developed
The Company
Very friendly with all employees highly approachable
Due to the nature of the work there were periods with little work to do but this could not be helped
All resources provided to me and could develop as much or as little as suited you and your work schedule with regular checks to ensure you are progressing
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Great company to work for and many more opportunities to take up
The Culture
Occasional drinks with the office and football but often split by department
Very little
Great range of bars and clubs to suit anyone
There are opportunities but could be better advertised
