The Role
very enjoyable with the right team. some teams are less enjoyable to work with but most of them are. There's also a good mix of activities other than just working.
Very valued in the sense in which the team gave me a lot of responsibilities when they feel that I am capable of doing them. They are also willing to review and feedback on my work instead of just changing it on their end
I felt free to ask questions to anyone in the team anytime, even managers and directors. Team members also check in on my from time to time to ensure that I'm on the right track.
very busy. packed everyday from 9 to 6 with work but a lot to learn from it.
Quite a lot of responsibility which kept me busy.
it will help tremendously as I'm doing a course on this internship in school as well. It would apply to the modules which I would be taking next year, of which one would be 'audit pracitse'
The Company
Generally very friendly, everyone is willing to interact and help. Didn't really stay for a long time in the office though, mostly out at clients.
experienced a lot of different things, more than of which i expected.
hotel and travel covered including dinner on away jobs. how much better can it get for an intern?
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
as long as you don't do anything stupid, there's a high probability of landing a job with them
The Culture
never much met with them other than the first few days.
nothing much to do around the office.
what nightlife?
located at clients so not much chance to get involved.
