About You
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience very nice people and interesting insights on the internet.
Organizers were very friendly would answer any questions you had and gave out chocolate frequently!
A plethora of informative information during talks and plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Company Partners were available in the evening to further answer questions and offer advice on job and application related queries.
Lots of information on the application process and what PwC expects from their employees and potential employees
The Company
Structured program clearly explained and followed throughout the two day course starting with job specific information and moving through to general advice on the interview process.
Very friendly group of people who all were there to learn and make the most of their opportunity and created an environment conducive to learning and fun!
Lots of PwC employees present from my line of service to provide advice and development through insight sessions as well as throughout the program at meal times etc where we were free to ask questions and in turn learnt from experienced professionals.
In assurance we were given a presentation explaining to us about the role as well as giving us a exercise in Audit where we first hand experienced what it would be like to work there (if only briefly)
We had a specific talk about the company culture and specifically the PwC professional which underpins their company culture
Very helpful information and aside from actually doing the job i got a good idea of what it entailed and aided me in my decision on where to take my career path further
Everything Else
Reimbursed if full after the event
Opportunity to meet new employees who took part in the same program as us as well from senior and experienced directors and partner in the firm
A lot of really helpful people to talk to from various experince levels and lines of service.
Very few opportunities to talk about outside of work issues only slight references to work life balance
Yes. Wholly useful experience id recommend to anyone considering a career in professional services or with PwC specifically.
