About You
It was an amazing experience, great way to start the internship as it gave us the chance to interact with the other interns and establish the appropriate mindset for the summer internship. I enjoyed the balance between the interactive activities and the training.
The whole induction week was about developing ourselves and he skills required for the internship. It was very valuable to receive all the training which shows how PwC cares about the development of their people.
Having tutors who support us the whole journey was extremely important, as they guide us and answered any of our questions.
It gave us practical and widely used skills for business and for every day life, it made us think how to direct our skills to achieve our goals and to deliver them with excellence.
The Company
It was very structured during the day with free time in the afternoon! The structure allowed the induction go very smoothly, and it was an efficient use of our time.
The atmosphere was very encouraging, the quality of the inductions make us want to excel and accept the challenges imposed to us through the multiple activities.
The company invests significantly in their employees, this is evident throughout the whole process. It gives us all the training, knowledge and expertise support to deliver value.
The insight gives us information about he company and specifically out line of service in which we will operate! I found this very relevant and helpful in terms of what to expect during the internship and my potential future role in the company.
I believe the whole company culture was reflected throughout all the insight, it showed the importance of the people in PwC.
It gave me a well rounded idea of which are the next steps after the internship. Receiving information with respect to the FFTF programmer allowed me to think about what are my opportunities within PwC in terms of career development
Everything Else
I am waiting to be reimbursed but already received an email confirming my expenses are being processed.
It was a great opportunity to network, as the induction activities where organized by area, by line of service and by universities which allowed me to meet a variety of people. We also received exposure to the more senior management, which I found it very useful as we got to learn more about their background and experience
Perhaps more evening events can be organized.
I would have liked to received more information with respect to external activities such as volunteering activities, or the women leadership
Yes I would definitely recommend it
