The Role
Really enjoyed my internship. Felt I learnt so much and this was due to everyone being so willing to answer any questions I had.
My collegues definitely appreciated any work I completed.
I was able to ask my manager any questions at any time and they would answer pretty much straight away! I also had a few superviors who I could ask questions to if any of the others were unavailable.
I always had something to do however had the right time to do the work and sort out other aspects such as emails or socials!
I was given actual work to do which would be included in final work produced by the team. It was always reviewed by a supervioser however the aim was for me to complete it as though I was a member of staff.
Communication skills and time management.
The Company
Perfect balance of work and fun. If I bumped into someone I recognised they would always stop for a quick chat!
The general schedule was well known, sometimes finding out details of what work was going to be covered was left to the intern to innitiate.
We had a week of training which meant when work started we understood what was going on and was able to get stuck right in.
