The Role
Overall I had a very enjoyable placement, though feel there are some areas that could be improved including setting more challenging objectives.
It took a while getting to know people but everyone was very friendly and helpful as the placement progressed.
Due to placement being over the summer, my manager was hardly around and there was no support organised to cover for this.
There was always lots to do but without unnecessary pressure.
I was given full responsibility within the project brief but felt the project itself could have carried ore responsibility.
I was able to learn and improve many important skills that will always be useful to me. The only thing lacking was a strong link to my degree program
The Company
Very pleasant office atmosphere
Overall organisation was very good though more could be done before the placement started to reduce the amount of time spend doing admin during the placement
The company did a lot to facilitate the placement and made it clear that we were important to the am could en the future if the company.

The Culture
Great having lots if placement 西瓜视频s (around 15) as it allowed us to share the experience and socialise together
Good local 西瓜视频 accommodation and decent facilities in the town of Leamington Spa
A few decent bars and club though quiet with 西瓜视频s away
The company has lots of out if hours clubs and events that employees can join
