The Role
I was given support and assistance from the managers I worked with on the jobs I did, however most people within my office were unfamiliar with the whole placement scheme process.
Studying for the ACA was extremely intense as well as working throughout busy season. However I never felt overwhelmed due to the support of my colleagues around me.
I was treated as a graduate and was given a lot responsibility within my role and opportunity to work on harder areas
I learnt invaluable life skills as well as work skills that I am looking forward to putting into practice in my degree. Such as team work, time management, communication skills and building my confidence.
The Company
The placement scheme itself is a very good scheme, however I felt there was limited contact from people in recruitment about my placement. I felt more like a graduate rather than a placement 西瓜视频, especially because most of my office were unfamiliar with the placement process.
The Culture
I didn't feel separate from my colleagues, however I didn't meet any placement 西瓜视频s either.
Not that great, however we were an hour from London.
