  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • To evaluate our performance during the internship we requested feedback from those who we worked with, this helped me to feel valued and also to gain insight into the areas in which I could develop in the future.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The training consisted of mainly 'on the job' development and some online training which was useful. I think that there is much more thorough training at the beginning of the graduate scheme.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • I feel the firm invested a lot in the time I spent with them as they were willing to pay for my expenses to work away from my base office on a daily basis. Everyone in the firm was also very willing to give up their time, even when busy, to have a chat about their role which provided great insight.
