Overview
I coordinate with global colleagues to oversee approval processes, schedule campaigns, and optimise communication across various regions. I drive the execution of strategic initiatives like the AI Units Value Campaign, targeting AI-ready customers with tailored ROI insights and use case recommendations. I coordinate BDC and BTP bootcamp logistics across international locations, ensuring smooth planning and execution to enhance client engagement with SAP offerings. This involves managing room setups, schedules, and communication materials for events.
Skills
I enhanced my project management skills, learnt how to take initiative and approach topics proactively. I have gotten better with my people skills as well as communications through my cross-teams activities. I have also significantly improved my technical proficiency, especially with Excel and archival platforms.
Responsibilities
Yes, my team was very intentional and transparent in distributing workloads. Beyond my routine responsibilities, I had the opportunity to support many cross-team initiatives at my request, ranging from coordinating with MD offices across EMEA for campaign executions to booking venues and catering for APAC in-person bootcamps. The diversity and significance of these tasks ensured that no two days were alike, an aspect I thoroughly enjoyed.
Support & Guidance
An adequate amount - there is guidance available, but also a fair amount of self learning and deep dives.
Culture
The overall atmosphere has been very welcoming and supportive. I was encouraged to share my ideas and opinions on each initiative and take charge of it. Trust and mutual reliance among team members create a great collaborative space to learn and grow in.
Your Impressions
I have developed a lot both personally and professionally, and I do feel much more confident in myself now compare to the start of this experience. Overall it was quite an enjoyable time.
Yes
Do thorough research! No such thing as too much, SAP truely has its own language. Be curious and brave, no task is too big or too small to tackle.
